Spring Makes Me Frisky

Feeling my oats! The bulbs have risen from beneath! The birds are singing at all hours. I was able to spend several hours in my art room today and feel so grateful! Spring is delicious......

I am Beautiful

The prompt from my art journal group is "I am Beautiful" at first I was frightened but when I saw what the other women had done I felt inspired so I have started by transforming a photo of me. More shall be revealed when I get into my art room.....

Rhinestone Moon

I don't know what I love more, the moon or sparkles. This piece combines so much that I love with this Vintage rhinestone moon, silk ribbon, silk thread, freshwater pearls, gemstones and a vintage rhinestone clasp. Love it!

Crystal Wings Necklace

This was so much fun to make and though it's not visible in the photo I also transfered words onto silk ribbon, grace, blessed, love. So satisfying and I am loving using these old chandelier crystals and can not get enough of my teal pearls, aqua crystal, rhinestone and silver wings. Love it.

It's a stunningly beautiful day, spacious, airy, light and the mountains are dusted in snow. My little one has gone to Mexico with family and I am delighted to be home alone! I built a roaring fire this morning, tidied the house, and played for hours in my art room. Now it's time for a delicious cup of coffee and some mindless television curled up with Toby! I am filled with gratitude.
