The present moment called to me while I was at work by way of this beautiful flower. I often take a moment to enjoy all the natural beauty around me at Cedars but this was the first time I have photographed there. I adore photography and have since my dad bought me my first real camera at age 19. I am amazed at how many photographs I have taken over the years and so look forward to having enough time to really explore photography again!!

Joys of Being Me
A gorgeous summer day today, just the right temperature, airy, light, birds singing and I am savoring the spaciousness of my day, the sweet satisfaction of caring only for myself. I have devoted myself to my family and done so with pleasure. In so doing, I sacrificed my need for spaciousness and flow and the simple joys of just being me!!!
